It is compatible with all Amcrest WiFi and Wired IP cameras, and has limited compatibility with third-party brand compliant IP cameras.
• With advanced H.265 compression technology, you can save on storage space without compromising the UltraHD video quality. Additional features such as intelligent search, playback, and backup functions improve ease of use and security. These functions include accurate motion detection events and exact search functions up to one second.
• The NVR supports AI Features from AI IP Cameras, although the specific features available depend on the camera model. It only supports 2CH AI Cameras at 4K@30fps. The NVR does not have built-in AI features. It can connect to and manage all POE IP cameras on the network through their ethernet cables, providing convenience for a home security system.
• With a maximum incoming bandwidth of 80Mbps, it can record 8 cameras @ 4K using H.264. By adjusting the default settings to H.265 and the bit rate to 1792 on each camera, you can record 8 cameras @ 4K for maximum optimization. • This NVR requires a direct hard-wired connection to the router for operation. It supports all Amcrest WiFi and Wired IP cameras.
